"I placed an order for seven items and paid extra pounds(5-7) for an overnight delivery.
Almost a month has past and i have yet to recieve anything.
It takes days before this one man band answers the phone,he will provide belieivable excusses
and promise next day delivery, but it wont happen.
Forums are full of complaints from others with exactly the same experience.Just type chill tek into google search, the lists are endless.
I complained to wordlpay (the people who supply the payment facilities to the site) and i immediatly recieved an email from chill tek promissing next day delivery with free goods to compensate....nice story....no goods... no extras

According to their emails my order was dipached last week, they provide a tracking service that links to a blank page."
"Never got the parts that I ordered, after a couple or lame excuses he said it had been shipped and gave me a delivery tracking number, a week later I contacted the delivery company and they said they had no record of that number so I have requested that the credit card company give me a refund.
This company seems to be a fraud, keep away, dont order anything from them."

"I have exactly the same problem as festeradamz. I ordered on 24/12/03 and am still waiting 16 days later. I know it was xmas but my order should have been near the top of the list to be despatched after the holiday period. My £145 came out of my account pretty quick.

"normally a very reliable service, with most items arriving the next day. But what realy sets them apart is the customer service, which was the most helpfull and friendly I have experienced online, they sorted out my problem quickly with sincere appolagies and a smile:)
