"This company seemed ok, so I ordered some cookies as a holiday gift. I was pretty shocked when I received the shipping invoice that included the following: "In an effort to ensure that your gift arrives on time, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value.". I was shocked by this and had to waste my time to call and confirm that what I actually ordered was shipped and not substituted. I order online all the time and have never encountered anything like this before. I will never order from this company again, as I think this is extremely suspicious."
