"This company has the VERY WORST customer service, which is to say that it doesn't exist. They also do business at http://www.pillowsandthrows.com. After I placed an order, I could not get an order status or find out if the merchandise I ordered was in stock. They take several days to respond to email messages, if at all. And forget about telephone messages--I left a least 3 messages with their answering service and NONE of them were returned. I canceled my order by sending them an email message and contacted my credit card company to refuse the charge. 3 days later, I get a shipment confirmation. Even after I refused delivery on the order, they CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AGAIN!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!"
