"Their website was illegally promoting their lugol's iodine for thyroid deficiency and antiseptic uses when their product, I found out later, was only technical grade not usp grade. The grade was not even listed on the website. When I found out the truth, I asked for a full refund including my shipping, and they agreed. But they reneged and refunded only their shipping costs, but not mine. They changed the website as a result of my complaint, and then denied the way it was before.
