"Place a $600.00 plus order on January 4th 2016.
Had great communication with Tiffany for about a week. (Mostly requests for additional fees which I paid immediately).
Was promised my order would be delivered within 2 weeks. Never Happened!
I began trying to contact Tiffany via email, after a week of no response I attempted to call, only to be put on perpetual hold by automated system.
I then reached out to the BBB there filed a formal complaint. After 3 weeks BBB informed they were unable to get any response.
I went to my CC fraud depth filed complaint they informed me after 4 weeks they was told that I received my goods. I asked for POD.
Nothing yet.
Next week I am flying to Orlando and going to Seminole County District attorney see if they will allow me to file criminal charges.
It's not about the money at this point its principal and I am willing to pay whatever it takes to try and stop these people from ripping people off.
Also FYI you can go to the fbi.gov site they have an Internet fraud division and this qualifies, and it doesn't cost a thing to flie."

I wish I would have read the reviews first, I never would have ordered from this place.

I made an order over 6 months ago. They very quickly took my money and promised me my order soon. I waited until after the expected delivery date to check on my order. My 5 year old broke her leg shortly after the expected delivery date so I was dealing with all the fallout from that and just assumed the order would show up soon. But, I missed my opportunity to reverse the charges on my credit card! Every time I called the phone number listed on their site it did not work! I sent several e-mails with no response. I have been e-mailing and calling as much as a can, but the number still doesn't work and I have not received any e-mails back.

I repeat, it has been 6 months since they robbed me. How can I get my money back?! I'm so mad at the people who scammed and robbed me.

"I have ordered from this company twice. Both times I spoke to their team before ordering, I told them when I needed my order by, and was told it would not be a problem (over a month out). Both times the order never even processed, until I kept calling over and over again, they don't respond to emails, when you call customer service they put you on hold forever or tell you that you can leave a message but they never call back, and their chat feature on their website does not work. When you call you get the same person (I think it is their one and only employee) who makes up stories, when you confront her that she already told you that story she quickly changes the story (my children wouldn't even fall for their excuses). Well to make a long story short my second order still has not come, after waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes on hold for support I guess I will just reverse charges with my credit card company. And I will not have the apparel I needed for an upcoming event. I do not write many reviews, but this company is company is dishonest and borders on fraudulent. Do not give them your business, a discounted shirt is worth nothing if you never receive it."

"I placed a $1000+ order in early December and was promised Christmas delivery as these were gifts for employees received the order but almost half of the fleece jackets ordered had the incorrect logo on them and one was totally missing. I called and explained that we would be on a two week shutdown between Christmas and New Year I was then promised that I would received them shipped to my home Christmas week. Well it's Jan 5th and I still haven't received them I've called and emailed multiple times this week already to be told that they will need to check it out to see why this order hasn't shipped! Really shouldn't they have been aware and on top of this without my calls? To add insult to injury when I called to tell them that the order was incorrect they wanted pictures to prove that I wasn't lying...unbelievable!!! I would give this company zero stars if it would allow so buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!"

"The quality of the hats I ordered were fantastic and better then what I expected for the price. Thick, sturdy and durable. The stitching for the embroidery was spot on perfect! Dead center, the correct size & proportion and was without question looked at for quality before being shipped. I only ordered 6 hats like this to test the waters. The morning after receiving my order I re-ordered 18 more for an up coming trade show. Lastly when I called to check on my order status I was able to get a human being on the phone within just a couple of minutes.... and there is something to be said about that these days. "

"Please read reviews before purchasing from this company. My mistake was not first reading reviews. Before ordering place the $700+ order, I called them to ensure that I would get the product before our staff Christmas party. I was assured it would arrive by 12/4. On 12/4 products were still in-production. Had to call and follow up on the items 5 times on 12/4. No one seemed to know why we had not received it. They promised they would ship OVERNIGHT by 12/9 and that they would issue me a 10% refund for the hassle of dealing with this. I called or emailed every day to be sure that the product would get done and shipped by 12/9. Product shipped 12/9 via Ground - After dealing with them and calling every day, I was not surprised that they did not do as promised. Still waiting for the 10% refund, not sure if they will keep their word on this issue either. Product did not arrive in time. The quality of the product and the embroidery work was good, but the hassle and many broken promises, left them as an untrustworthy company in my mind. They never took responsibility for the issues. Customer service kept blaming production. Not the most pleasant shopping experience. Still going to keep calling or emailing everyday to hopefully get them to follow through on the promised refund-credit."

I get told they are busy and its in production. Last phone call said it was made and on its way, yet I still don't have it a week later. "As of today I am completely dissatisfied with CheapEmbroidery.com. I ordered back in October a $300+ order and have not received. Their excuse after repeated phone calls states "due to high volume" we are behind. Well, not our issue..........The supervisor I spoke with (again) continued to state this to me in previous phone calls. Being completely frustrated at this point I stated this continued excuse is NOT our issue. It is your responsibility to fulfill your online promises. Do not order from this company unless your prepared to wait 2+ months and hear unfilled promises from them. As far as the products go I cannot answer until I receive. "I made the HUGE mistake of not checking their reviews before making my order.

This is one of the worst run companies i have dealt with. When i placed my order they said it would be 3-4 weeks. After 4 weeks i contacted them to inquire about the status. Three days later i got an artwork email to proof. I contact them again in another two weeks, no response. I contacted them once again no response. I called them and i waited for 30 minutes before giving up. Then i receive an email that tells me they are busy and my order wont be shipped before week 10. I had a trade show at the start of week 9 so after emailing several more times I finally got a response from someone that my order has been cancelled. Lack of communication and they adversely impacted my business. No logo-wear for our trade show made us look less than professional and there was no time to obtain the product from someone else."

My business made a 200+ dollar order of merchandise, expecting a 15 day turnaround. 20 days after approval, I called, asking where the product was. They said it was in production. 13 days later, I followed up and they told me it was entering production and "should ship in the next week."

At this point I do not trust their word at all. I repeatedly have asked for discount or other compensation for the delay and my requests have been completely ignored. This is clearly a terrible business offering unrealistic prices for a seriously flawed product.

"I ordered twice from this firm thinking the first time was a fluke. Both times the order was very, very late. Both times I was told they were just too busy. Really? If they are that busy why not tell people of the delay. On top of this they refused to cancel my order and refund my money.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Don't do business with this firm"
