No communication & Incomplete orders

"Ordered from this company and never got any emails (AT ALL). I had to contact them via email and they assured me that my order was on the way and would arrive shortly.
My order arrived and I only received about 1/2 of what I ordered. I have emailed them quite a few times and they have never replied back.
Don't bother ordering from this company, you will not be happy. Sure wish someone had left a review before I ordered from them..."
