"I was very pleased with my purchasing experience from this vendor. They had the best price on the washing machine parts I was looking for and the flat rate shipping charge was extremely reasonable ($4 for an entire order regardless of the number of items). I placed my order on a Thursday afternoon and was shocked to find it sitting on my doorstep Saturday (they sent it via USPS Priority Mail). I will certainly use them for any future appliance parts purchase!
A few other minor comments... their website was a little cheesy and primitive with some typos but quite functional. It loaded very quickly and I preferred it over so many other complex flashy e-commerce websites out there. The credit card transaction page was encrypted. The order confirmation process was a little quirky... they sent out 2 duplicate order confirmation e-mails then an e-mail stating that I would only be charged once even though I may have received 2 or more confirmation e-mails. I assumed that was a standard glitch in their order processing system. Still, I'd much rather receive too many confirmation e-mails than none at all (like some other vendors)."
