"I should really read reviews before I order from places. I was drawn in by a good black Friday sale, but now, in mid January, they still haven't even made the glasses, and after verifying the prescription AGAIN they are now saying that they can't make the glasses. Mind you, this is AFTER almost two months, and several contacts with support where they assured me that my order would ship "next week". Whenever you talk to them, it will always ship "next week". Support is friendly, but they don't seem to be able to get anything done. I'm never doing business with this company again."
"I ordered some prescription glasses with a sport frame to play volleyball. The first pair showed up unusable. Blurry and double-vision. They confirmed the prescription, had me return them at my expense, and then remade them. The remade pair were just as bad. They then gave me an RMA number to return them for a refund. After sending them the glasses (which USPS confirms they received) they decided not to honor a refund! So basically, I'm out the cost of the glasses plus $12 in extra shipping plus 3 months without glasses. Absolutely terrible."
