"Ordered two custom battery packs for some airsoft guns (one of which I had to submit my own diagram which was no problem). Great communication with the seller as I had to exchange emails due to my questions. They had great prices and a excellent selection. Definitely would order again if I needed anything else. It took a week to recieve my package though but that was mainly because I ordered them custom.

It turns out that the battery packs was wired incorrectly for a airsoft. The connectors were flipped so instead of charging the packs when we plugged them into a charger, it was discharging which cause a lot of headaches as we complained to the company where we bought the chargers first rather than blame the batteries (which came already charged). In the end, I managed to flip the wires on a connector which allowed it to charge correctly but if you do buy from them, BE SURE TO SPECIFY HOW YOU WANT THE POLARITY ON THE WIRES."
