He has incorporated "Cheap4sure.com" in Florida to help himself avoid criminal prosecution for fraud. He writes fake reviews on his own website of how good the service is, yet the website is starting to overflow with real reviews stating it is all a scam.

You can look for the registration of his website domain and the registration info for his corporation on florida government websites. They are all registered to the same name in florida. He is a scammer.
