China in the Parts Department

"I was having a problem finding the accessories that I wanted to purchase on your website. I then called Lexus and asked for the Parts Deparment . Ms. China walked me through to whole process , had patience and coild not have been kinder. She is a wonderful customer service reprsentative . Your customer service at this dealership id what brought me back to Lexus over BMW"

Ren was great

Challenging Website and Weak Communications within Dealership

"SALESPERSON: The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was also responsive to any questions I had via Text throughout the experience. The one disappointment, however, was that it was during my final "pick up the car" moment that I was informed that there would be only one key fob with a second one being shipped to the dealership sometime in the future (couldn't indicate approximately when...?). It was also two days after taking the vehicle that I contacted the sales person and asked for something in writing to confirm that the dealership owed me a key fob. This should have been given to me at my delivery of the vehicle.


WEBSITE AND TECHNOLOGY COMMUNICATI0NS WITH DEALERSHIP VERY POOR - At first the website would not accept my VIN number for my recently purchased 2024 MNX350h and then when I tried to look up which all-weather floor mats fit my vehicle, there were two different choices with no explanation for the buyer. Once the floor mats were purchased online I received an email saying that I would be notified when the mats were shipped and in for pickup at the dealership. I also checked the "tracking" of my order and I was told that the mats were immediately ready for pickup. The two conflicting messages and when I mentioned it to the Parts Department staff I was told that "Yes, it doesn't work well half the time."


Also, the website does not display the option for a 2024 NX350h but only 2023 or 2025 which is quite confusing as well. I contacted the salesperson who walked me through it but the steps were not at all intuitive. I suggest that Chatham Parkway Lexus management do a "secret shopper" on itself to see firsthand some of the challenges for the prospective or new buyer.

There were other glitches (poor internal communications) along the way but none of the negatives were "dealbreakers" however, not expected of a dealership of luxury cars like Lexus.
