"Horrible experience with brand new 2017 Charmac Snowmobile trailer, Keith Curtis Edition, purchased from Luft Trailer Sales. The trailer is deteriorating in several locations and falling apart after 1 year of use in normal conditions.

Beware of Charmac trailers and Luft Trailer Sales. No customer service from neither company!

Apparently both companies expect their trailers to start falling apart and believe it is normal. However, they failed to disclose this information to the consumer before purchase!"
