They charged my card right away and I followed up a couple of weeks later to find out the status of my order. First he said it was out of stock and then he said he had it. In the second time I bought a couple of CHI flat irons from the e-store for a home salon. Again, no any problems, just a slight delay in shipping because of Christmas Holidays.
