"Chapin Customer Service RULES!!!

Just went to the Twins Ace Hardware store here in Fairfax, VA and bought an Ace "Deck Sprayer" brand of Polyethylene pump tank sprayer for spraying cleaners, pesticides, and herbicides around the house. Got it home and unwrapped it to find that it does not come with a spray head that allows tight stream or conical sprays, only 3 flat spray heads of fine, medium, and course disbursement. I felt pretty stupid not verifying that before buying a Deck Sprayer, but it really didn't occur to me that a fine stream head would NOT be included.

Well, I noticed in the packaging that the Ace product is actually manufactured by Chapin. So, at about noon Eastern Time on a Saturday I called their Customer Service. * A human being answered the phone! * A delightful young woman listened to my issue, got my model number, and told me she would send out a compatible adjustable stream/conical spray head by Monday evening for an extraordinarily reasonable price! WOW! I was blown away.

Made-In-The-USA products provided with such fine service by this company has gained my loyalty for their line of sprayers and spreaders, etc. In fact, I noticed they now make the professional 3-step Hose-End Sprayer with Metering Dial (Model #G362) that was formerly made by Gilmour. I'm extremely happy with that Gilmour product, wish I had found it years ago, and will gladly buy another from Chapin in the unlikely event I could actually wear mine out. "
