"I placed an order for some shirts and pants on Sunday, 02/18. The thing that immediately struck me was how their order tracking system works. You cannot log into your account and view your order. You have to wait until they process your order to get an order number. Then you go their site and enter your last name and order number. That takes you to a third party site that shows your order status. Since I ordered on Sunday and I guess since Monday was the holiday, my order didn't process until Tuesday (I guess they manually process it). Not something I'd expect from an outfit like Champion (no pun intended).
I'll update on the quality of product and shipping when I receive the items hopefully by the end of the week.
Well, the items arrived on 02/22 via USPS. The items seem to be of the quality I was looking for. The only other comment regarding them is about their website and order tracking. To track your order, you need to enter you last name and order number, which if they haven't manually processed your order yet you don't have then. Then when you view the order info, it takes you to a third party site which doesn't look very professional. The tracking button on the page also never worked for me and I always had to go to the USPS website to track my order. Also, creating an account on the site just allows you to enter in your shipping and billing address. You cannot see your order history or keep your credit card on file (the latter is good or bad depending on your point-of-view)."
