"I dealt with ChairMD for warranty service from Herman Miller.

They sent me a carton for the Aeron chair, postage paid both ways. They fixed and returned my Aeron chair quickly. When I got the chair back, I saw a small hole in the back frame pellicle. I contacted them, and they quickly sent me an entire replacement back frame at no cost, and paid all shipping both ways.

ChairMD have been a real pleasure to deal with. They were courteous and responsive every step of the way, and I highly reccommend them.
