For weeks I sat on hold until I had to hang up and get back to work.
For weeks they told me that my order would be shipped "tomorrow".
For weeks I asked them to please just let me know if they weren't going to ship my wife gift.
For weeks they mislead me.
Now, two days before Christmas I get an email telling me that they refunded my money and that they have a part broken and can't get my gift out.
That stuff happens, but this didn't happen today. This happened long ago and they are just now telling the truth about it, two days before Christmas.
Complete BS, HORRIBLE customer service, WAY BEFORE the machine broke down.

"Hi- I purchased a pair of earrings and they were not like the picture at all. Very disappointed in the quality. Then to return them we have to pay for shipping and insurance. 90% of companies provide free shipping back and considering its jewelry, you would think your company would provide that and let the consumer pay for insurance. Also, when we purchased it was free shipping and said 3-5 business days and nothing about additional days or I would NOT have purchased from you. We were going to exchange for a better pair but because of the return shipping and length of time it took to get them and the POOR quality, I will never recommend or buy from you again. I’ve seen other diamonds with the same clarity and they were NOT even close to the cloudiness that these earrings had. You should be embarrassed you even mailed them. And they claim an A+ rating with BBB but I was the first review and they had several complaints. "
"I ordered simple, diamond stud earrings for my daughter's birthday. The website said "transit time" was 3-5 days. The company is now promising to ship out the earrings 20 days after my initial order (my daughter's birthday was a couple of days ago). They refuse to cancel the order. They are rude. They make bad excuses. Their website is misleading in numerous respects. They have multiple complaints about their customer service and the quality of their diamonds on the BBB site and on other consumer advocate websites. The discount isn't worth it. Never again. If you notice the positive testimonials on the company website, you should know that they offer a gift certificate for those who submit testimonials that are "accepted" by the company. If you have to bride someone to say something nice, how much weight should the praise be given? "
