"I ordered a drop amp from Cencom94.com for video distribution purposes in my home. Am an infrequent customer of Cencom, but have been using them for several years anytime I need video distribution stuff for my home.
I came across Cencom94 a few years ago when I was looking for high-quality RF splitters and drop-amps. After a little online browsing, I soon realized Cencom sells the best stuff, and at reasonable prices.
However, the best part is Cencom’s customer service. I recently had a problem with the external power supply for a Holland HCDA-1 amp. I sent it back, they sent me a new one. I had a problem with the second one, and began to suspect it was the way I was installing it, as opposed to a factory defect. Ed Nielsen of Cencom promptly worked with me via email and then over the phone to help me figure out what might be wrong.
These are not expensive items so there can’t a huge profit margin, and I am not a large customer, so needless to say, I’m impressed with Cencom and Ed’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
Can’t recommend this company enough for high-quality merchandise, reasonable prices, and unsurpassed customer care. They have been and obviously will be the first company I go to for cable TV materials.

Cencom delivered the part to me in 48 hours. Most excellent vendor. Part was $12.25 shipped. Nearest best price was $40+ and this isolator fixed my aggravating problem without having to spend a fortune.

"Cencom sells everything you might need for a cable TV setup - cables, taps, splitters, amplifiers, etc. I first went there because it appeared that the quality of their stuff was excellent. I had just learned about the importance of quality cables, splitters, etc. I realized that I had wasted $ on cheap junk at the local W-Mart and I needed to find quality parts. So I tripped upon Cencom and placed an order - I don't recall how I found them. When the stuff arrived, I was very impressed with the quality. I was also very impressed with the pre-purchase tech support I received. I emailed Cencom and got an immediate reply from Ed. I told him what I wanted to do, and he walked me through it and told me exactly what I needed. And the outcome was excellent!
A few months later (yesterday) I needed a 75 foot cable, and a few shorter ones. When I didn't see the 75 footer offered at Cencom, I tried a couple of other places. Both had 75 foot cables, but due to the tech jargon in their descriptions, I wasn't sure if what they had would work for a regular home cable TV setup, so I asked them to confirm. Neither company replied, so I wrote again - to both places. That was over a week ago and I never did get a reply. So I decided to check back with Cencom. Ed not only replied immediately, he changed his site and added the product I needed! I couldn't believe it. It says a lot about a business when they will do something like that for an infrequent buyer like myself. I had only ordered there once before, so I wasn't a regular customer.
