What a mistake!

"I so wish I had found these reviews before being scammed by this company. The phone was purchased, and due to the death of my husband, it sat in it's box on my counter for 3 mos., unopened and unused. Yesterday, I took it to my mobile phone carrier and had the SIM card installed and right away, literally the first day, it began to malfunction. It ran so hot that it shut itself off. I called them, explained the problem, and that I wanted a refund. Absolutely no way they would do that. The rating on the phone, from their ad, was "excellent." WHAT?? It is totally unusable, now my only option is to send it back (they gave me 2 days to get it shipped or else they won't help at all), and have them send me another, probably worse phone. Please listen to all the folks that say to avoid this company. No one I spoke with cared at all about my circumstances...all they want is your money."

Crappy customer service.

"Purchased an unlocked T-Mobile phone for my father. Good price came on time. Had problem with the charger supplied by company fit the phone. Called twice said I was the first person in line and went to voicemail. Voicemail full error. Called twice nobody answered period sent two emails no response. Turned out the phone at a secondary micro soft case and the phone did not aligned correctly. We took the case off everything went good. Somebody should have been available at 12:15 p.m. California time and again nobody was available at 1:45 and couldn't even leave a message. Good price crappy customer service"

No stars if I could

"Horrible! They sent me an iPhone that wouldn't charge. I plugged it in for hours. I called apple and described it to them and they said to send it back it sounded defective. I paid shipping to get defective phone, paid to shop the defective phone back and he company has the nerve to charge me a "restocking fee" bc the phone "worked" for them. I called and said why would I pay extra mo eat to shop it back if it worked???? I would have kept I if it worked!!!!! Horrible customer service!!! I didn't even get refunded the "restocking fee"!!! Never use this company!!!!! "

Scam! Run!!!!

"I ordered a phone from them a couple days later I get an email saying my order has been held. I try to call several times and after a half hr of me being the second in line my wait time starts going from 5 to 6,7,8,9,10 ect mins. I hung up called back and managed to reach someone in sales (go figure) who was rude then hung up on me when I asked to speak with a supervisor . At 6pm that night I get another email saying they have canceled my order all together! The next day I call and try multiple times thru out the day both customer service and sales and still no one it just rings and goes to voicemail for extension 0001. I even emailed them and nothing! Now almost a week later I have no phone and the money they STOLE is not back in my account! And yes STOLE because that is exactly what these scammers have done to my time money and a special day I can't get back! I paid extra for 2 day shipping so it would be here in time for my husband's birthday well now I look like the jerk who didn't get him anything. "

"Cellular Country doesn't deserve 1 star. I ordered a Galaxy S6 on 12/21/15 in hopes of receiving it by Xmas as the big gift for my kid. After I placed the order and my credit card was charged, I received the following message: "Your order will ship tomorrow, December 22nd, 2015..." I assumed this was a done deal, but I was terribly mistaken! On 12/22/15 I received an email as follows "Your order has been held pending additional verification". I would think they could have called me to get the verification they needed to get this order out, but they didn't. I happened to check emails and saw it, so I called them. I was told that they needed me to call them to verify the order, due to the large dollar amount of the order. The person I spoke with confirmed that my order was released and would ship on 12/23/15 via Standard Next Day Delivery (I paid an extra $34 for this delivery) and that I would receive it the next day (12/24/15). To my dismay, I received another email from them on 12/23/15 stating "We have voided your Cellular Country order xxxxxx for the following reasons: unable to ship order as placed..." When I called them on the 12/23/15, the lady I talked to couldn't explain why they cancelled my order, so I asked to speak to a the owner or manager. I eventually spoke with the Supervisor and he was unsympathetic to my situation. I asked him how he would feel if this happened to him and his reply was "I don't shop online, so this couldn't happen to me". Stated they had an issue with verifying my address. I advised i'd spoken with the young lady the previous day and she confirmed my order was shipping-then he basically went on to state they ship orders at their discretion... I told him they could have simply called me if they needed to further verify any info-but he basically got an attitude with me for not being happy about this-they ruined my Xmas gifts. I was told my funds wouldn't be returned for 72 hours (business days), had to scramble to find this item elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money shopping from CellularCountry, just not worth the hassle for a used phone."

"Do not buy a phone from Cellular Country if you need it to last more than 30 days. They will only replace it if it arrives defective or if it breaks within the first 30 days.

Mine lasted 49. Tough luck they said (giggle) and they accused me of breaking it even though there is no water damage, no physical damage and no drops. I paid $149 for 49 days. Guess I was the sucker.

My suggestion is do not let yourself be the sucker. They said mine was in "excellent condition". I guess to them excellent condition means it lasts 49 days.

"Buyer beware. They sent me a phone with a faulty battery. It will take weeks to sort it out. I just checked consumer reviews where they have hundreds of postings from buyers who ended up with faulty phones. I paid for next day air and the faulty phone came in 2 days."
