"I have ordered a couple of times from CellularAccessory.com and was very pleased every time. There was only one "glitch", and that had to do with the manufacturer (Samsung) discontinuing a part that Cellular Accessory could no longer get (It is interesting to note that the part in question was still being advertised on the SAMSUNG website as well, but they couldn't ship it, either). I spoke with a customer service rep about this particular order (I think it might have been Joel) and encountered none of the rudeness or "talking over" that others have alleged here. He was friendly and professional. A prompt refund of the part of the order they couldn't get was issued as soon as they found out the status (discontinued) of the accessory.
Frankly, I'm sorry that they appear to be out of business at this time (November, 2011). I would gladly order from them again."
"Do not use this vendor!!! Extremely friendly and helpful UNTIL my credit card was charged. Since then, I have been unable to contact anyone via email or phone. No product. No refund. No returned calls. For awhile, the website forwarded to another company (Original Wireless), who had no idea why that was happening. I went to the site today and the Yahoo store is now for sale. Anyone want to buy a store from Terry Usrey? Good luck trying to get your money back when he doesn't deliver on that!"
"I guess I should've read all the reviews before I ordered my phone case. I have never received any emails for tracking & I did check my spam. I figured they charged my card though, so it must be on it's way. Well, after 2 weeks of waiting I still haven't seen it. I emailed them and after 4 days I still haven't heard back and no one has answered their phone when I try calling....... It's now been 3 weeks and several calls & messages later. No answer & no response. Do NOT use this dealer!!!

"Ordered back-ordered item with expected delivery in one month. After some emails and waiting two months vendor said I could cancel which I tried to do. No reply to cancellation email and then their email server started rejecting my emails. Vendor charged my account immediately after ordering which is unreasonable for a back-ordered item especially. They sent a link for order status which was static and provided no update information at all. Be cautious with this vendor."

"Placed an order for and HTC Inspire Otterbox case on 04/05/11. The website said the case was in stock, once a I placed the order it showed up as back ordered and indicated that the item would be shipped in 2 weeks.
Needless to say one month later I still don't have the case and trying to cancel the order seems to be a big chore for them. Although, I did receive an email stating the amount had been refunded to my account but yet it does not show up in my account statement.
I decided not to heed the warnings written in the reviews with poor ratings, as this site seemed like a hit or miss. So BUYER BE AWARE, avoid this site as there is no guarantee of the type of service you will receive.
They will most likely place pointless comments below this review justifying their case, heed them not because if they cannot deliver on a simple commitment then they have no one to blame but themselves."
