"Ordered a genuine Nokia cell phone battery. It was shipped promptly, with good automatic email notification. It came in a plastic sleeve, not retail packaging, but it does look exactly like the old Nokia battery. So no complaints.

UPDATE: 6 months later the battery died. I don't think this would happen with a genuine Nokia battery.

"I ordered a cell phone charger but before the order was processed I realized it was the wrong unit. I immediately requested a cancellation from their customer service but got no response. Even a phone call went unanswered. They did charge my credit card a couple days later, so taking your money is something they do very well. I've sent at least 5 customer service requests for information regarding the cancellation of the order and a full refund of the charge, but it's like sending messages into a black hole. This company has NO customer service and does not deserve your business."
