Me just under $300 purchases, roughly 4 or five days ago I am mediately started emailing the reseller because I made an error on my user name as I was purchasing for a device that he is supposed to update with the device manufacturer, to allow me additional features unbeknownst to him the reseller I know the original owner of the device company who has informed me that this person hasn’t even One notified him of the purchase, so as to enable the futures to me, but two they are not even an authorized reseller of this product! So it’s a big mystery as to how this is going to be resolved. As of right now, I’m absolutely livid, and I would highly recommend nobody do business with this person nobody."

"Promised delivery dates between one and 14 days. Almost three months later, I’m was still waiting for delivery. Only communication was “service is unavailable” no time line, no apology, no further explanation. I honestly doubt they’re ability to provide the service they promote. "
