"I purchased two Galaxy S7 phones. They were listed as unlocked T-Mobile, once received I checked the IMEI numbers. Both phones were originally Sprint phones, neither phone had a serial number. One of the phones was blackisted(lost/stolen). Luckily I got refunded. You would think a seller of used phones would check the IMEI number before listing the item. Just because a seller is listed as a 'Top Seller', doesn't mean anything. BUYER BEWARE!

I bought a used phone which in the end didn't work out (couldn't get it to recognize my carrier, although it was supposed to) but they were extremely helpful and gave me no hassle when I concluded that it couldn't be fixed. Then when I returned it I got a full refund the same day they received the malfunctioning phone. "I bought a phone through this guy on Ebay and gave him positive feedback . But after a while I realized the phone he sold me came from Europe and would not do everything an American counterpart would do . It also had the euro style plug on the charger so it needed an adapter which is clunky but works fine . The phone calls fine but will not send text messages or pictures . I would have done better to just buy one from ATT. When I tried to contact him , no response . I don't suggest buying any phone from the nerd ."
