Their websites Failure is not the consumers issue

"I ordered 5 cases for Christmas, I typed "ZTE Maven 2" into their search bar and was showed an array of cases, perfect! Well, when they arrived I ended up having to contact them because 1 of the 5 cases was incorrect. I asked them to send me the correct cases with a self addressee postage paid envelope so I could return the other case. I waited and waited when the correct case arrived there was no way to return the incorrect case. Then Christmas comes and I go to put the cases on and they don't fit, I wait til after Christmas contact them and they tell me it's my fault that I didn't check my order for accuracy (yet they still sent me the wrong case to begin with) and that it's my fault their system only picked up the "Maven" on the search. So I'm expected to pay to return these cases that are now all wrong at my own expense? I don't think so, at that rate I'll cut my losses and just make sure I warn everyone else. They are rude, unprofessional, cheap cases, so spend your money elsewhere. "
