"Cellhut.com is a cheat!!! Yes!!! I ordered a Sony Ericsson W760a for $89.99 and was very happy with the deal until I received the package. That phone was a fake. It was made from Cheap plastic, cheap electronics. I wish I could upload photographs. But I was even more surprised as to how these people were able to get hands on genuine IME code of Sony Ericsson, cause I verified the same with Sony Ericssion Tech Support.
These people gave me a very tough time but then I eventually got the refund.
I am never going to buy anything from this site again because I know they are fakes."

"I bought a phone from Cellhut and received a confirmation e-mail that it was being processed. I then received a receipt with the amount charged to my credit card (This is a card I never use for anything). Later that night I received anther e-mail saying they were unable to ship my phone because they did not have any and then made a bunch of useless suggestions for another phone. I canceled my order.
FAST FORWARD three days because I was away.
I get home and there is a message from my credit card company about fruadulent charges. Sure enough Cellhut billed my card before they even knew if they had the product and there were two other charges I never made. I called Cellhut to have them credit my card BUT THEY NEVER SHOULD HAVE BILLED IT.
DONT SHOP HERE, WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!!!!!"

I was told the cell phones had some problems and were sent back for replacements but was assured they would ship within 2-4 days. "3/3/2011. Order #: 266941, Samsung Vibrant T-Mobile. Box was beat-up, inside packaging had tears, even was repair with clear tape, plastic bag the phone was in was all wrinkle, the clear plastic to protect the screen had dust and lint between the glass. This is clearly a refurbished cell phone. Contacted customer support and they gave me some BS that they test all the phones they receive. They remove the plastic because it hinders the touch function. I can keep the box and packaging in better shape in a month than they claim for testing! Do they test the phone in a dust storm?"
"Made an order on 2/15/11 and they said my credit card didn't work. Tried again on 2/16/11 with a different card. Got an email on 2/18/11 saying my ordwer was on hold. I tried emailing all four of their customer support emails and no one replies. Tried calling their support phone number and no one ever answers the phone. Also no option to leave message. It's 2/25/11 and still no communication with cellhut. Will soon be reporting them to the BBB. "

"They are not professorial, I ordered unlocked mobile phone open an account the second day the change the price to higher cancel my order .. and just ignore my order which happened before the price changed.
Emailed them to follow up the replies disappointing. I will never go and get anything from them again. They are the worst throughout my online purchasing experience.
