"Twice I’ve ordered from them and twice dissatisfied. They never have my size all though it shows up as available in stock when you order.
First time I had been refunded for the items though.
Second time I have ordered 4 items. 2 of them surprise surprise they didn’t have my size.
They sent me a week later although I paid extra for next day delivery, the items in wrong sizes.
I did send them back to my dissatisfaction at my own expense and I did contact them on numerous occasions regarding the refund.
It’s been months since and no resolution.
There is a number you can only text to contact them and whomever is in charge with that can not be bothered to answer your texts.
This website is a scam!!!"
"Absolutely appalling!! Ordered a dress 30/11 and made payment of £64 to then be told on the 05/12 by text, "would you like something else " Was not told when the order was placed that the item wasn't in stock. The company is very happy to take your money then fob you off, saying that their phone lines are down until 12pm when they reopen due to "back log of orders". I have tried to cancel the whole order and get my money back. I have put stories up on Instagram which is the only way to grab their attention. They then go quiet for an age and do not respond. I have taken this to trading standards and they have advised that if they do not respond to a recorded delivery letter then I can take them to court. Absolutely disgusting how they treat their customers. It is such a shame because the dress was so perfect. "
"I ordered the Cheyenne dress in Gold for about £35 with £3.10 delivery on top of that. On the picture it showed a very nice bronzey gold dress but when it arrived it was very thin and a yellow green. It didn’t sparkle like on the website unless you help up a really bright light really close to the dress. After then trying to find another similar dress on another website I came across a dress that was exactly the same as the dress in person on femme luxe finery. This dress was £15!!!!! It is the exact same dress however this website advertised the dress truthfully. After seeing so many negative reviews on beckys boutique I tried to find a picture of someone wearing the dress but it didn’t exist!!! Do not recommend buying from this website as they also sent a virus to my mums email because she just visited the website. She didn’t enter any of her details. AVOID"
"After reading some really negative reviews, I decided to take a chance and order 2 items on sale from this site. I cant tell you how pleased I am with my purchases. The items are beautiful, and really good quality and delivered within 2 days of placing order via courier company. Amazing shopping experience!! And considering how well stocked this shop is, there is no doubt that I will be a returning customer!!"
"i spent £180 on 3 dresses from beckys boutique. Didn't think to read reviews first wish i had. After 2 weeks still no dresses and company were being vague on facebook messenger. Turns out my dresses were not in stock. After 3 days of complaining and threatening to take them to trading standards they have refunded me. Very stressful. Luckily i had paid via credit card. "

"Was a little nervous to order from here as ive read some bad reviews but there are so many lovely clothes on the website that I just had to take the chance. So I ordered a £14.99 playsuit to see what happened. I paid for standard delivery and it arrived the next day which was impressive. I am quite tall at 5'9" and always a little worried if clothes fit me in the body and legs but it does and the quality is very good, especially for the price. I am a small 10, large 8 and I ordered a 10 and it fits me perfectly. I will now be ordering lots more items :-)"
"Purchased the white Lola dress over 5 weeks ago and paid for next day delivery, the dress never arrived when it was supposed to and was informed via a phone call that it wasn’t available for next day delivery... but still took the money. When the dress eventually arrived it was poor quality. So I returned it. I have been waiting over the 28 days now for a refund. You can never get them on the phone, it took me several separate attempts to get through over the course of a few days. When I eventually got through to them I was met with a negative and standoffish attitude, I was told they haven’t received the goods, although I sent the dress first class recorded delivery.. I was then told if I didn’t have the tracking number I wasn’t getting refunded. When I told the girl the tracking I was fobbed off and told I would be refunded immediately. I still haven’t received the refund or even a courtesy call or email. They have phone number and email... Extremely poor service. Will be spreading the word. Social media "

"No problem with the dresses just looked like i had no clothes on, but I retunred my items 3 weeks ago, still no refund, evertime i email I get 'whats your order number' even though it was in the previous email. then I was told I would receive my refund within 3 days, 6 days later.. still nothing. Not answering the telephone or replying to my emails."
