Received damage equipment

"I purchase a Rheem weatherking air conditioner system from Ingram's water and air equipment upon arrival the condenser unit was damage bent up very bad could not use, called the company they said to send pictures to them, after receiving the pictures they said they would file a claim and take care of the situation they never did. I have been calling just about everyday for 2 months just been getting the run around from everyone l talk to in the company I paid 3,537.83 if you value your hard earned money please don't buy anything from this company save your self the heart ake.

This company is the absolute worst.

"This company is the absolute worst. They completely lost my order and they've ignored all of my emails for the past two weeks. When their support replied to me last, it was just to tell me that they were combining my new ticket with the other ticket they never replied to. They will not refund my order or send a replacement even though they confirmed that they lost my package. They said they would file a claim with UPS and get back to me, but never did and have ignored every one of my messages since then. It has been over two weeks since they replied to me last. I wish I could upload screenshots here to show the ridiculous conversions I've had with their team (when they actually responded) DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!"

Horrible customer service

"Ordered a unit. It came damaged. The delivery driver PRINTED my first name and dropped it off. Ingram's says because it was signed for they, and the shipping company wasn't responsible. It also took them months to answer 2 emails. Come on..."

"I bought a 3rd gen DIY MrCool minisplit from Ingrams, installed it, and it wasn’t cooling. I had an HVAC tech look at it and determine it was leaking refrigerant from somewhere. I notified Ingram’s and they are sending a new unit out! That’s customer service! "

Not very happy with buying the dent and scratch

"Not very happy with buying the dent and scratch - I was sent the pictures of the unit before purchase and all it had was couple cosmic issues but once we got the unit which took longer than i thought it would- it had more issues - Customer Services rep said he was aware of the other issues that you could use a too fix the problems, someone might of touch it but the problems were inside the unit - so i feel like i bought a used or bad unit - i had to get this unit in ASAP so i just had the installer fix the problems that the unit had but i will say i'm not happy with my purchase and never make bad reviews but i can't give a good one on this purchase "

Poor communication

"Originally, I was dealing with Kenneth. I was close to deciding on a purchase of a new mini split and brought up the idea of Ingrams (possibly) price matching a Gree unit from another online retailer (per your policies). After speaking with Ken about the particular Gree unit I wanted, I sent him the link to the competitor's price. I received an email response from Ken saying that Gree unit we had just spoken abouy by phone was one that you guys no longer carry.


After getting conflicting information on the unit being in stock versus what your website said, I called back and spoke to another sales tech (Jacob). Jacob called the warehouse and verified that the 36k Gree unit was one that was indeed in stock and carried by Ingrams. So once again, I brought up the price matching and emailed Jacob the link. He responded that you guys wouldn't be able to price match the competitors advertised price. I sent him (several) emails back saying that was okay, but asking if you guys could get close to the price, and that I didn't mind paying a little more to go with Ingrams. So far none of my emails since then have been returned. Very poor communication and customer service.

How does two, now three 1 Star reviews out of 74 total equal an average of 1 star? This ResellerRatings site is a scam.

"I only rated this a 1 star to make sure it was on top, this site is a scam to get companies to pay them to correct the REAL averages. Ingram's Water and Air is a great company, with good service and excellent prices.
I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I just revised to a 5 star as the company is great and I only did the 1 star to prove this site is a scam.

Got a discount for paying by check …

"Got a discount for paying by check instead of credit card. Loved getting a discount, but about a month elapsed, so I finally called them and then the A/C unit was shipped the next day. Called tech support once; they were hard to reach, but the help was good once I did."

From great to terrible!

"Have ordered many systems in the past with no problem, the last three where horrible experiences. The last attempt was with Matt at x107. After over an hour on hold 6/6/17 he told me he would call the next morning by 9, at 10:30 I had to call him. He said he would immediately email me the price since they had my information from previous orders. After no email I called again the next day. He said my email bounced but he had correct information. He would send again but I never got it. I have since left 4 messages on his VM but no answer back. Dont be fooled by these people, search for others as I have saved a little over $200 on each of my systems. "

PAY MORE FOR BETTER SERVICE

"Ok where do I begin. On April 212017 @ 3:38pm I had a confirmed order for a complete Heating and Air System. Upon ordering the system I requested a delivery date which was told to me would be the following Tuesday April 24 2017. On Thursday April 27 2017 I made another order for a Mr. Cool Mini Split for pick-up Friday April 28 2017, I was told it wold be ready for pick-up the next day and requested status on my previous order, I call the next day @ 10:13am about picking up the order and was told I would receive a call soon because they had to have the unit brought over from Hickory Ky. to Paducah Ky. approx 28 miles. At approx. 1:30pm I arrived at the office in Paducah to pick the item up. NOT THERE !!! I was told that the Unit was set for delivery on May 2 2017. I then went to Hickory Ky. to pick the order up. On my way to Hickory I received a phone call and was told there was noone there to get the order and the Owner was on the way to bring the wall mount and load the order and I would have to wait. approx. 2:30pm the owner came and was very nice and loaded the order and asked if I needed anything give him a call. On May 2 2017 @ 6:59am I E-mailed and requested for a delivery schedule. At 1:23pm I receive an E-mail saying I would get a tracking later in the day. I sent another E-mail @ 9:17pm because I hadn't gotten any conformation back from them. I requested a call from the owner and a REFUND!!!Q on May 3 2017 @ 08:32am I received an E-mail from them saying "I apologize mr clark, when i message you yesterday about your unit going out, it was scheduled to go out but the truck didnt pick it up but it will today." . At 9:17am I sent another E-mail requesting a call from the owner. STILL NO CALL!!! Today May 4 2017 @ 9:10am I called and ask to speak with the owner and was told in a meeting and would give massage. at 9:23am today I get a E-mail with a tracking number. STILL NO PHONE CALL!! I have NO UNIT a family with 4 kids and three adults with no heat or air and out of about $4000.00, and the phone is ringing from the family!!! For a company that is located approx 35 miles away, Its going to take two weeks for delivery. Glad I don't live further.
