"The first time I ordered from Cbazaar 2 years ago, it was a decent experience. 4/5, the dresses were close to the picture and it came in time for my holiday. I started recommending it to friends. However, I had a really bad experience this time. Other websites were advertising Eid promise (dresses deliver in time for Eid), and so was Cbazaar and I decided to order from Cbazaar since I had a good experience. I ordered 3 dresses that had the Eid promise label a month in advance, but when I checked out, the dresses said delivered a month AFTER Eid. I emailed customer service and showed them proof that the dresses said Eid promise, and Shabbir of customer service said he updated the team to make sure I get my order on time since the website was misleading. It is now 2 days before Eid, and when I asked customer service what is happening, they went back on their promise and said the dresses I ordered are not Eid promise and I'll get them way after Eid. This is miscommunication and representation because I would cancelled and have ordered from elsewhere. I am very disappointed. This is a good website to order from if you want decent dresses without a deadline. If you do have a deadline, order WAY in advance."
