They are the best quality that I've ever seen, kept them in the saltwater for over 5 years, No Rust!..Call them for their New pinfish trap design called the Pinfish Slayer which isn't yet listed on their site, its a new model for them.. over 100 Pinfish every pull with a chum block.. Their Black Pearl net is unbelievable, truly high performance as they advertise.. and as I read on another customer review.. you can't try out nets in the water for a few trips, get it hung hard enough to pull out 3 braille lines then decide to try something else..if you order the wrong item as I have, just send it back "before" you go using it.. they are busy but they've always called me back or emailed me if I couldn't get someone right away.. you won't be disappointed, talk with Shawn, very very knowledgeable, he said he's been with Catch N Bait for almost 20 yrs!!"
"I bought a Bait Buster cast net off the CatchNBait.com website. The second time I used it, 3 of the braille lines pulled out from the head so I e-mailed CatchNBait and wanted to exchange it for a different brand. I was told, "that I can't exchange nets after they hit the water and become used nets." Even though their website says,"All custom cast nets are backed with a full money back guarantee if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our cast net quality!"
They still refused to exchange the net.
Don't ever buy from these guys!!!! They do not stand behind what they sell!!!!"
"I've been dealing with Catch N Bait for over 10 years, they have the best traps and bait holding cages around, bar none. They are busy due to the quality of their products but they have returned my emails everytime and they are very knowledgeable. Their traps catch better than any that I've ever owned and their dock bait holding cages are still rust free after 5 years in the water!... both the traps and cages are worth the extra price for design and worth the wait! "Think twice before you deal with this company!!! Placed two orders for about $450 on 10/7/12 and 10/10/12 and did not receive timely shipping information. Calling their 800 number numerous times results in a message about them being busy and then terminates the connection. Message directs you to their email address which also results in unanswered emails. "
"Its the worst company that i have to dealwith. I bought a trap th that at cost me $59.99 on 06/09/2012 and they send me the order on 06/25/2012 i supposed to received o.n 06/28/2012. I pay for delivery $37.43. When i ask them to give me tfree delivery because the order was delayed for16days they returned 10$back .i said that i don't need order so late,and I'm gonna returned back and to give me the return label they didn't find answer back,on the phone nobody is answering"
