"OK...5 stars! Why? I've lived in Austin over 30 years. Been part of the running, biking, kayaking, swimming phenomena since before most of the participants out there were even born. I'm not a pro, tri-athlete, or personal trainer. I'm just a guy who likes to stay fit so that I can experience life. Bought my first suspension bike in 1989 and road bike the next year from Hill Abel when he just opened the Sport Shop where Flipnotics is now on Barton Springs. He's 5 star plus also!

However if you want the Ferrari of bikes...with ace mechanics who are real humans, and not some tatted, arrogant, druid, who looks down his nose at you because you've got a dirty chain...then this is the place. It also helps that it is also the best fitness workout house in town. With personal trainers who really, really care about you.

Gordon and Gerry are the lead mechanics and sales...and I am proud to call them my friends also. Becoming so from buying my first Pinarello there...and now having bought my second.

Do your research, go to the shop, look at the machines on the road and ask the rider on the bike for their opinion...or you can save your energy and take my advice...
