Scammers

"Ordered a case in 03/2020. Necer received tracking number, so emailed customer service. Their response was that the case was on backorder and should be shipped within the next 10 days. Waited patiently for 2 weeks, nothing. Emailed again & went to website...never got a response from a person, but got the autoresponse saying that the email was invalid...and website was down. Haven't received the product or a response. Only wanted to leave a review bc I saw that people are still, SOMEHOW, ordering from them. STAY AWAY!"

"These people took my money! I ordered a phone case weeks ago. They refuse to provide a tracking number. My order never arrived. I've asked for a refund and they won't do it. It's a big scam! Don't order from this seller!!!! It's a RIP-OFF !!! "

STAY CLEAR SCAMMMERS

"Purchased a case for a Samsung Note 20 and paid for 13th August. After a month contacted and said I had not received, got a response saying " case has been shipped" asked for shipping details and tracking and never got a reply. Sent many emails most have gone unanswered, asked for a refund, no apology no offer to resend, just a reply saying item shipped. 4 months on still sending messages and get a reply item shipped dont understand problem. What a joke stay clear of these scammers. Why take money even if out of buisness."

Liars

"I purchased a phone case for my brand new phone and received a case with 2 large scratches on it. I emailed customer service right then and included a few pictures of the case. Within an hour I received an email back... Awe I am sorry we will send you a new one ;)
After 2 weeks I emailed asking for the status of my replacement case, and they replied back asking me to describe what happened to the case. I emailed back and resent the pictures with my original email and how they had apologized and said they were sending a new one. No response back. Waited a week and I emailed back and was told that they were busy. Thought I could trust them because I had ordered the exact same case for my phone that I had before I got my new one. I like the case so much that is why I ordered it again. Both of the cases I bought cost $38.99 each, and when shipped came in an Amazon package. I ordered both times from their website not from Amazon. A month later and still no new case like I was told. I went on Amazon and found the exact same case for $11.00 and had it within 2 days. Definitely a scam!!

Wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. SCAM

"Ordered a case in June received the wrong case they never sent correct one, never sent money back or return info. Did get a call through talked to a guy said he would take care of it, and send the correct case. After 3 weeks, 4 emails and 3 phone call attempts nothing.

"I ordered a privacy screen from gorillacasestore.com and received a different item that was drop shipped from Amazon with a gift receipt. When I reached out to the company for a refund, they threatened to charge my credit card $500.00??? I had to contact my credit card company and file a dispute to receive a refund. Stay away from this seller...

They have a terrible BBB rating.

SCAM DO NOT ORDER!!

"Placed order on Jan. 21, 2020. It is now Feb 15 and have still not received my order. They send you a tracking number but that tracking number (when checking with shipping company) will forever say that the label was created by the shipper but the item never dropped off. I reached out to case gorilla several times and only received a response once saying that they would send it. STILL HAS NOT BEEN SENT!! I demanded a refund yet they continue to ignore my calls and emails. This is obviously a scam. DO NOT ORDER from them. Avoid giving them any credit card information!"
