"Sent me the wrong dinnerware set twice in a row...the third time I was guaranteed to either receive the correct order, or let me know if there was an issue. No response...so when I hadn't heard about the third shipment I called. I was told it was 'on hold' and they're looking into it. I'm moving- so I decided to cancel the whole order. On top of receiving 2 of the SAME wrong dinnerware shipments, I need to ship them back via UPS. Someone needs to check the labeling at their warehouse. Will not buy again..."
"Order plates online. Before ordering , called them to confirm the color /rim on the plate. However, they shipped the wrong plates even though I confirm with customer service rep. before I bought it.
Now I have to return those plates via UPS. They shipped the plates via USPS, they want me to drop the package in UPS store. I do not have UPS store near by........ Will not buy from them again."
