"Total scam, the worst credit card ever. We ended up paying more than $200 in interest and late fee because we were not using the card. Completely killed our credit score....a nightmare"

"I just received a letter in the mail for a revised credit interest and it’s now 32.74% interest. I cancelled this card right away. That like a loan shark. I’ll buy Walmart and target clothes and save a bunch of money now. I spent a lot of money with carters, now they lost my business for that. "

"Spent $100 for the “rewards,” but ended up paying over $300 because commenity kept sending my money back to my card for no reason. They charged me “late fees,” interest on purchases and God knows what else. SAVE YOURSELF, THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!"

"I do not normally give reviews, but I would advise anyone thinking of taking Carter comenity credit card: SAVE YOUR SELF! They are consistent in defrauding customers as you can see from other reviews, and they do not care…

I had a terrible experience with these people, C.S kept tossing me back and forth for a simple and obvious situation backed with proof. It’s more than 2 weeks now and I am still waiting for my refund! FRAUD!

SCAM

"This is a complete scam and I am in shock at how this is allowed to go on by the company. I've been trying to pay the full amount for over 4 weeks, my online account was sending me error messages, (the system could find my account, and then the system could not sign in to my account), I've spent more than 5 hours only on the phone with the comenity.net company and hours upon hours on my laptop trying to resolve "the glitch".)

Carter's are cheap. Just buy them on discount and DO NOT agree to this card. IT'S A SCAM. You've been warned!

Do not get this card

"Do get this card!!!!
The late fees are horrible. when you make your payment on time but they actually dont take the money from your bank account for over a week then they charge you a late fee of $30. They said maybe i could pay 2 weeks early. They said just because you pay by the due date means nothing because they can take up to 2 weeks to take the money from your bank account then charge you late fees because then by that time your payment is late

Horrible customer service be careful!

"When using this application to buy stuff from Carter’s app the company will charge your card (rather it’s a debit card, credit card through Carter’s or a different credit card company) multiple times! You can the customer service number for the credit card company @1-***-***-**** and they barely speak English and act like they don’t understand what your asking. Then they hang up on you. Good luck with this! I have had the card for one day now and have already had multiple issues. "

I had my account blocked for no reason

"I`ve tried their support by chat and by phone many times and I`m still helpless.
I have an account and when I made my first purchase everything went well.
After that, I`ve been living a real nightmare trying hard to understand why all my purchases were canceled.
In a first contact, I was informed by an agent I should try to create a new account as my first account would be canceled for 30 days. The agent found no reason for this cancelation though.
I created the second account and purchases were canceled. I tried different items, the different amounts... nothing worked.
I returned to my account after a period of 30 days... the purchase was canceled again (I also changed the payment method). Again, the customer service finds no reason to answer me why they blocked me from buying online. All they say is I can buy in-store if I want to. I did not expect such a situation with a company like Carter`s. It is disrespectful and I feel humiliated.

Never got my order

"I got a confirmation of shipping and tracked the package to discover that it was "delivered".
A random delivery service called Team T Force responded with a "picture" of my front door, which is as random as they are, certainly not my house.
I sent them a message that this was not my door and got a span text message on my phone.
Bottom line, I am very disappointed with the experience.
They just lost a good client.
