Worst company ever.

"Please don’t waste your money on this store. They sent out the wrong size of Uggs, took forever to “fix” the problem x waited a whole month after the fact to tell me i can’t do exchange because they’re sold out. "

Stop!!! Do NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER!!!!

"I ordered a dress online and signed up for their shop runner value so that I could receive the dress in 2 days. I received the first email stating my dress would be delivered on that Thursday. Then, I received another email stating that it would be delivered on Monday. Well, I needed the dress for Saturday. I contacted the customer service , which all need to be fired because they were no help at all. The only thing the agent said was well it is Fed Ex's fault. I told her your company deals with them and it is a bad reflection on you guys. She said unfortunately it is. Wow, what a response. I will never in my life order online from Carson's . This has got to be the worse customer service I have ever seen.

I place an order and buy extra items to qualify for 2 day shipping . The second item was cancelled because of low inventory. How convenient!! Then the free samples arrived on Thursday ,what a load of crap. I spent my money to have some free samples arrive on time. Outstanding job!!! Really good customer service!!!

dress for my daughter

"Whatever you do if this is something you need within a few days don't order it online. They tell you one date but then it's not guaranteed they ship through FedEx and then it's turned over to United States Postal Service which takes additional days for delivery. By far the worst experience I have ever had in regards to shipping items bought online. I live in Michigan in the warehouse that the dress was coming from was from Ohio. That very same day I ordered vitamins from Canada which had to go through customs and I've already received that package in my mailbox 4 days later, it has been 6 days since I ordered the dress and still have not received it and I called today and they said you can expect it tomorrow which makes seven days. 7 days to go from Ohio to Michigan.. that's great customer service when I got a package from another country in 4 days. Take my warning don't order from Carson's unless you got plenty of time to wait around."

Huge disappointment

"I was sent the incorrect boots that I ordered. I called the day I received them and was told the correct boots would be noted and resent to me. I needed to return the incorrect ones with the enclosed return label. 10 days later I still had no boots, no correspondence, and they do not have the incorrect boots. I called today to inquire and was basically told.."too bad,so sad" even though it was their error in the first place. It takes at least two weeks to correct their error and at that point they cannot guarantee the boots would even be available. What a disappointing first experience. I definitely will not order again from here. "

"I hate writing this review. But I must because I was treated like I was criminal even those I have all the paperwork. When I called and talked to her and asked her name to make sure when I go in the store and I can ask for her name so I don't have to explain it again. You know what she said "I am not going to give you my name" and hung up the phone on me!! After my vacation, I came in and asked for my shoes that I already paid for. She was unfriendly and unprofessional and she even have the store security right there. When I asked why would she not give me her name. She said "my store manager advised me to do so." This is so sad. I don't know what is going on. But I live in a rural area and we have about 65,000 people. Our city are very diverse. I am proud of our city. But I felt I was discriminated because the way she treated me and what happened...It has been awhile since I was treated this way. I am shock. When the manager advised his assistant manager not to give me her first name. This store manager is either paranoid or doesn't know how to treat customers. When I talked to him face-to-face and explained to him. He said that Carson's policies. If you are not Caucasian . I would suggest for you to not shop at Columbus, Indiana Carson's anymore. This Carson's needs a lot of helps on culture diversity. There are plenty stores in our city. Go shop there. I am very sad to say good bye to my favorite store for over 20 years. "

" I placed an order with Carson for some cosmetics during a Goodwill Sale. With the Lancome purchase, I qualify for a free gift, and he same with Clarins purchase, I should receive a free gift.
10 days later, I called Customer Service because I have not received anything from my order yet. If you call Customer Service, get ready to wait 10-15 minutes before someone answers the phone. The Customer Service person promised that order will be ship next day and my account will be credited 10% of this purchase due to order delay. Two days later, I received email that part of my order is cancelled. My order been confirmed twice already; first time after placing order, and second time after talking to Customer Service.
I called Customer Service again (waiting 10 minutes) and asked for explanation why part of my order is cancelled (by the way all my free gifts have been cancelled also). The answer was "sorry, a warehouse is out of products". Really????
I asked about a price guarantee if I go to get these product at the store. the answer was; "you can use actual sale". The sale was over already, and I was left without product and had to buy it with higher price. On top of it, my account never been credited as promised.
I'm Carson's customer for very long time, but this experience makes me think twice now. I'm very disappointed with not professional Customer Service and empty promises.

"They started spamming me with unsolicited emails. I was unable to find a link on their site to unsubscribe from emails.

I had never even heard of them and I think the nearest store is about a 1,000 miles away from my home.

It's obnoxious that they don't require confirmation of email addresses before they start bombarding someone with emails.

I don't want to click on a link within the emails because there's always a chance it might be a phishing attempt.

"Carsons.com advertises and sells out of stock merchandise! I placed an order for a KitchenAid Slow Cooker that I had been shopping for, and they had a sale price I took advantage of. After fully processing AND confirming the order, I later receive a notification that they cannot fulfill the confirmed order. By that time, the prices at other retailers had increased and I was left without a product I had ordered in good faith. Do not order from this retailer if you want deliverable products!!!"
