"I wanted to comment on the product and service of Carousel Design. I recently ordered a rocking chair cushion. The product is beautifully crafted. It is comfortable with thick piping around both cushions. I especially like the way the back cushion tapers to match the changing widths of the back of the rocker. The color is exactly what is shown on the website.
One of the most impressive aspects of this order, is the customer service. I had chosen the option of having the item shipped USPS rather than UPS. A day after I completed the order, Brittany called me. She explained vast difference in shipping proces from USPS to UPS. I changed to UPS. I am still extremely impressed with the thoughtfulness and care this company took about me. They could have just sent the item USPS. After all, it what I requested. They instead took the care and time to call me with the shipping price differential. This company is a keeper!"
