Best Store Great Experience

"We found a bedroom set that we were interested in purchasing. We live in Florida. Carolina Rustica was actually the dealer and was a little skeptical on purchasing online sight unseen. After speaking with the sales department and reading other reviews we went ahead with the purchase. Everything with the order went very easy. Upon delivery of the set, and after the delivery men assembled all the pieces, one of the pieces (the mirror on top of the dresser) was damaged. We actually didn't notice it until after the delivery men had left and figured we were in for a problem. We then called Melanie who handles customer service and told her of the problem, she told us not to worry that she would take care of everything. We sent her pictures of the damage as he asked and she took care of the rest. The replacement came today and we couldn't be more happy with the service we received.
Carolina Rustica is a great company to deal with and when the time comes we will definitely purchase from them again.

"I bought two recliners from Carolina Rusticaand could not have been more pleased with the whole process. Shae was my sales lady and was so kind and patient with me. The chairs were delivered excatly when I was told they would be. Very nice company."

"Jessica J. Was an AMAZING customer service representative!!
As an advid online shopper, I've spoken with 100's of customer service people over the years. This young women was an amazing hire for Carolina Rustica!
She made an unfortunate circumstance of a back order by 7 months palatable. She worked diligently over numerous weeks to resolve this oversight. She kept my in her calendar for updated communications too. She was positively wonderful!!!! My ottomans will still be 7 mo the delayed by the time they are received, but Jessica made this fact acceptable. Thank you Jess❤️

Never ever go with this company

"Very very bad experience.
I have placed the order in June. Still not received it. It has been already 18 weeks.
Also one item came with broken status. Had to return and have to wait. I hope it doesn't take another 18 weeks. Lol.
Totally unacceptable and very very frustrated.
Never ever ever go with this company!!!!

Terrible terrible terrible

"If you order furniture at Carolina rustica, you should aware that you would not get your order on time. 5-6weeks? No 12-18weeks easy! Their order process system is terrible and if you don't follow up every week you will never get your order. I ve been follow up for a month after two delays of my order, I call them every other day. They don't even bother to call me until I call them. Plus they put me on hold for normally 30min or more. They still don't know when they could deliver my order. I bet they didn't enter my order on time.
Just horrible company. I would not order anything through them ever again!
By the way they never give me the store manager even I requested several times!!!!

"I received A+ excellent customer service from Rick at Carolina Rustica. We had a few issues after our bedroom furniture was delivered (manufacturing flaws) and he was very polite and sincere in helping me. I will say there was another customer service rep who was rude and short with me. Why be in a customer service position when you can't deal with the public? Anyway, she could learn a whole lot from Rick and I'm glad that ultimately he was the one who helped me with the problems we had. "

"ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! We ordered custom made chairs, and sent in our own fabric ($400 worth). Placed a very specific order specifying everything from nail heads, to nail head spacing per Carolina Rustica/Bradington & Young directions. Of course, when the chairs came in, they were NOT made according to specs, so promptly sent them back. So far we have made NUMEROUS calls over 4 weeks to customer service trying to get the issues resolved (we have already paid in full for the chairs), and after repeated promises by Carolina Rustica personnel saying they would call us back, 4 weeks later not ONE call back, and we are out almost $3,000!!! Unable to reach anyone who has even the slightest clue about anything! Will NEVER use these people again! Buyer beware!"

"I was very impressed with the service I received from Rick regarding two lamps we had purchased from them online. He was very courteous and helpful in contacting the manufacturer of the lamps (they are custom-made), explaining my concerns (we thought some fittings were missing) and getting back to me via phone within an hour or so of my initial inquiry. He seemed genuinely interested in our concerns and did all that he was able to do to resolve the situation for us. I wish all customer service folks were as nice and well-trained as Rick!"

"I purchased a vanity light (I chose them over a big box company because I'd rather support a smaller business and I like North Carolina - ugh! no accountability in smaller businesses and they can be totally dishonest!). They notified me within minutes that they had to cancel the order as they were unable to fulfill the order. Then they did NOT refund my payment. I had to call them, argue with them, again and again (one time being placed on hold by 'Shea' for over 20 minutes!) with them yelling at me at some point that they would get to it. I only received a refund after initiating a PayPal DISPUTE 8 hours later!

Seriously NOT a reputable company.

"I placed an order with Carolina Rustica in late April. Customer service there is non-existent and although I've called them -- they had the wrong address, sent the order to a delivery service that cannot deliver for 14 days, even though the furniture is only 30 miles away and the address they gave was still incorrect. When you wait 6 to 8 weeks for furniture, you expect it to be delivered in a timely manner. And, lastly, they charged my credit card the last 50% without even letting me know. If they'd gone over a limit, it would be a problem for me the customer. I won't be getting my furniture until June 24th, so I cannot comment on damage."

"I placed an order by phone and got charged immediately. I called the second day to make sure the order status. I was told the light was discontinued and they would refund me money. Later, I got my credit card statement which showed no refunds. I called twice and tried to explain the situation to a guy. He did not intend to help me and just kept transferring me to somewhere else (answered by nobody). I really could not believe this kind of customer service exists in USA. I think a website which can take order 24/7 should have a 1-800-number is 24/7 too. it is the worst kind of on-line shopping experience I have ever had."

"Gerri Livingston, the #1 designer at Carolina Rustica, helped us with our furniture selection for our new home. Richard, my first contact, was very professional on the phone and introduced us to Gerri via e-mail and phone. She was a delight to work with -- very professional and thorough and assisted us with furniture selections for each room and coordinating the selections to ensure a flow from room to room that gave a lovely look throughout our home. We can't wait to see it all. Once our order was placed, she's followed through on delivery dates to help coordinate the deliveries in a timely fashion. We highly recommend Carolina Rustica, Richard and especially Gerri, who we appreciated working with. She spent an entire day with us and never made us feel rushed. "
