"I can't recommend Careerbags on any level. You must closely read every little detail closely on every little detail as they don't follow industry standards in processing their orders especially in the area of expedited orders. I ordered and paid for 2 day shipping for a competitively priced name brand piece of luggage. I must say I got exactly what I ordered and am well pleased with it. However, it didn't arrive in time for my trip.when I called "customer service" - which in my opinion doesn't know the meaning of customer service. First, you must call during east cost business hours only and then, you would be lucky to actually talk with someone. You are requested to leave a message and they will get back to you and they don't. When I finally spoke with "customer service" they couldn't resolve the issue and said they would have the owner contact me. He, of course, responded via email, there by guaranteeing that there was no conversation. Careerbags was very short sighted as it was my intent to purchase the full set of luggage I was looking at which meant at least 3 or 4 more purchases. I respect the right of Careerbags to do business as they wish but I won't deal with them again and I will tell all of my acquaintances to stay away. O, FYI - I ordered on a weekend and they didn't acknowledge receiving the order until Monday, order actually placed on a Sunday."
