"I spoke with three different customer service reps and ALL were very friendly, professional and helpful. However, I got two different views on whether the Walker c2x Bluetooth will work with Authorize.net. The first person said yes. The second person absolutely not...it was the wrong one (though there was no info about another one) and said she keeps getting the one I bought returned because it does not work with Authorize.net. At that point, my unit had not been shipped by Monday (though it should have been shipped on Friday), and I asked if she would cancel the order. She said she would try since it hadn't left the warehouse.

The next day I get a notice that the unit will arrive on Wednesday! (Guess they don't listen to their service reps!) Anyway, I got the unit, and after I had talked to my merchant service company, who said the unit could work with another app (that no one knows which one!), I called Cardmachineoutlet.com again to get more info on the product. I was again told it would work, don't despair! Well, it doesn't work and I'm unfortunately having to send it back and wait for one that will.

Suggestion: Put the info on your website specifying which companies, gateways, etc that your units work with, especially if there are more than one of the same kind of units. It would REALLY help us neophytes and it would increase your sales!!
