3 carbs rebuilt, junk was returned

"The guy that took my calls was very nice. I sent 3 old tractor carburators. The first one was a John deere and when I took it out of the box to install it the bowel and gas line fitting were reversed so I had to take it apart and turn it around, no big deal but in doing so I noticed a the same rusty spring that was there when I sent it. "Oh, thats not part of the rebuild kit" they said. Bull , if it isn't then get one. The other 2 were Marvel Sheblers and one had a jammed needle valve, not just stuck but jammed and the other was full of flaking rust. Not flash rust, but flakes. They said they were tested before shipped. The one with the jammed valve simply could not have been. They offered to test them again and video them running if I sent them back . I opted not to throw a 100 bucks in shipping after the 800 already spent. sign me dissapointed and very unhappy Gary Smith ****@****"

Carbs Unlimited punishes the wrong party, go somewhere else to buy!

"I ordered parts from these fools last year, the order never came. I have the worst UPS ( Usually Poor Service ) delivery folks in the entire U.S. No idea why the order never came. So today I call to try and order from them again, they put all kind of conditions to the sale and imposed fees for me not getting my last order. They expected me to pay for what they never shipped.

BE FOREWARNED........BEFORE YOU SPEND 1 PENNY WITH THESE IDIOTS, MAKE SURE YOU CAN GET IT ELSEWHERE, AND DO JUST THAT.

This is a third rate company with management that is lower than that!

Worst customer service ever

"I have never felt as disrespected by customer service as I did with this company. My boyfriend left serveral voicemails and sent emails to this company on Friday and they didn’t get in contact until Tuesday. They had a billing issue so I called (as the cardholder) and left FOUR voicemails explaining that I needed a call back, but instead they called my boyfriend again, and when the agent called me he was insanely rude and said they hadn’t gotten but one voicemail from me. He also said I must’ve been calling the wrong number. Well I wasn’t, I called the number on their site FOUR TIMES and left call back information FOUR TIMES and when I told them they might want to update the website information or their voicemail system he said it was “out of his control”. Surely you have a boss you can talk to? If there is no online order option then they need to make sure the call option is working! They’re selling some of the best carberators in the world and having an insanely rude salesperson hurts the image of that company. He also repeatedly cut me off and was snarky.
I’ve read reviews of people who got broken carbs and I’m hoping that after all this they don’t screw me over as well. I’m ridiculously nervous. I wish I would’ve gone through amazon, a company with integrity.

Awesome Service!

"I have a Jeep CJ5 that already has a Weber conversion kit, just missing the actual carburetor. So I called to ask if the carb itself came pre-jetted. They were very nice and answered all my questions. They explained that I would have to order the jetting kit or if I ordered the conversion kit it would be jetted for my 258 4.2L and is a better value. The customer service and the 100% positive feedback on their eBay page is what made me decide to order from them.

Oh yeah, and it shipped the same day!

CARB UNLIMITED has the WORST sales organization in the WORLD !

"I ordered 4 Weber carb filters on 3/16/17 & was told they'd ship in 48 hours. Didn't happen ! Then I was sent a email from a third party payment group ( never agreed to that ) who didn't provide any contact info or phone number should I need to call about my order. I needed to contact them, had to work extra hard to find Carb Unlimited contact info. I was told in the third party email, that I'd be sent a tracking number once my order was shipped. Didn't happen !

Do yourself and your money a favor and AVOID these shyster's at all costs ! They run a **** poor sales group and don't give a crap about it. OH, BTW, I STILL have not gotten my order yet & they (Sharon) had to hear a ear full.

"I ordered a Royze rebuild kit for a Weber DGV carburetor. It was shipped and arrived VERY promptly. However, it was missing one of the gaskets. I called Carbs Unlimited and they promptly shipped the missing gasket. I received it in 2 days."
