" I have had a home theater with a big screen before the term “Home Theater” was invented. My first was in the 70's with the 6 ½ ‘ Advent Novabeam, and using home speakers with a receiver. Well they don’t need a phone number. The site says they try their best to ship in four business days. Remember, they are manufacturing the screens not just pulling a box and slapping a sticker on it. My screen was in my house on day five!!! I never had to email them or anything. These guys are Pros, quick, organized and efficent.
Installation was a breeze, literally a snap. With careful measurements for the brackets, it mounts the first time. Easy.
Their Black Hole edging really is just that, it’s great. The corners, beautiful. No hot spots.
