"I've ordered several products from CDS ranging from tvs to subs to amps. Then summer of 2010 I ordered a flipout tv and they took my money and didn't send the tv. After about a month I went through my bank and they got my money back for me. Then the website shut down. As stated before, SONICELECTRONIX.COM is a good site with equally competitive prices compared to CDS,just my personal opinion."

My kid placed an online order on 7/14/10 - and never heard another thing - on 8/19/10 he fired off an e-mail rant and I located a phone number for their office - the mailbox was full and unable to received any new msgs... now their website has been taken down - so were making complaints to the Indiana and Illinois Atty Gen'ls offices. Hopefully we'll get back our money and if possible get some criminal complaints against them, if they took his money knowing they couldn't deliver a product. Good luck everyone..."

"this place sucks now ... i orderd 4 subs, 2 amp , 3 boxes , 3 wireing kits, all at different times and and didnt have any problems till the last 2 subs ,box, and 2 wiring kits and it was a little delayed but nothing major so i went to order another amp and its been 1 month tomorrow and my order still hasnt shpped and i c were they took my money out back on the 19th of july! "Its funny if you scroll to the bottom of these comments there are 3 reviews that are really good all from 2006 and one from 2007. I did business with them once in 06 and was very pleased so I ordered some stuff there 11 days ago and no responses to my email. I found a phone number for them on pay pal. No one answered of course. No tracking information. To top it off I found this site with a bunch on people with the same problems and some of you almost 2 months b4 getting items. Needless to say I opened a dispute on pay pal after trying to resolve the issue through their means of communication with the site. As soon as I clicked send message to seller it said they cant get a hold of them and I had to escalate the dispute to their claims department. I hope this works out well where I get my money and they get their business ID revoked/Taken away. "

"I also made a purchase July 27th 2010. it is now August 6th 2010 I check this morning and still nothing. they say order # is what you use to track your package but UPS no such #.I contact them by email and no response.I even fax to the # provided still nothing no reply... i am calling my credit card company to reverse charges. please don't buy from them ever. "Very bad shipping time just like everyone else here is saying.Ordered june 23rd and today is July 12th still within 8-16 business days but when i emailed to get CDS number this was my response.

"Yes this order has been processed and will be shipping out shortly and will be shipped within the timeframe that was outlined in your confirmation e-mail. Once the order has been shipped out you will be able to track it through our website using your shopping cart order #."

Meaning i will have to wait an additional 8-16 business days to receive my product now.. This is why i say do not buy from this company."
