It appeared that SEARS had lousy customer service, and I liked how Capitol Supply responded to a negative post, and offered whatever they could to help. Shows they are on top of their game. So I cancelled an order at SEARS before pressing the confirm button, and went with Capitol. "I ordered a laptop briefcase wheeler two weeks ago from Capitol Supply in anticipation of an upcoming trip. I was glad when my card was charged recently, thinking "at last, they are going to be sending my product!" When the briefcase still wasn't delivered, I called customer service today to find out what was going on. It turns out that they do not have the product available. I would have appreciated knowing that much sooner! Not sure why they have items available to order on line that they arent able to provide. Its frustrating."
