"I ordered a canon powershot s400 camera online from capitalcamera.com on 3/28/04. I received a phone call from a salesperson the next day or so trying to sell me additional items. I returned his call and only received a voice message in which I told him I didn't want any of the extra items. The camera has still not been shipped and the order status online remains "open". I have called the company numerous times and only get the same voice message. No one has called me back. I have emailed the company and no one has emailed me back. I would like my camera!!! I can't even get a hold of someone at the company to cancel my order. I do not recommend this company to anyone. If you visit their website and read what they say about themselves and their "excellent customer service" don't believe it."
"Waste of time to deal with them. It took 5 days for them to say the camera I ordered was not available. All along, even now, their webpage still indicates that the camera is available."
