Unreliable

"I ordered three canvases at one time. The website said that shipping was guaranteed before Christmas. One came two days before Christmas and the others did not. You guys totally messed up my Christmas plans because these were all meant to be gifts. Buyer beware. They charged about $25 for shipping and it didn’t even arrive on time. I’m going to have do a chargeback on my credit card for the shipping costs since the website was inaccurate. "

Excellent Customer Service and Great Product

"I ordered 3 canvases from Canvas on Demand shortly before Thanksgiving. I received my ordered amazingly fast. The canvases were slightly darker than the digital photographs I sent. When I emailed the company, they immediately reprinted the canvases and the quality was terrific. Their customer service is excellent and the they provide a great product."

100% satisfaction is NOT guarantee!

"Ordered a 48 x 30 canvas print. Received an production canvas measuring 47.38" x 29.5" which won't fit my 48 x 30 picture frame. Send email with pictures and received response that they will NOT redo the print but offered 40% off future order. Basically told me to either keep it as is and THROW OUT my 48 x 30 frame. Explained to them I'm not happy with their response and I have other 48 x 30 framed pictures from them. They seem to NOT care!

If they produce it right, it's great but if it's wrong, they tuff luck on you!
Here is their email response:

We apologize for the inconveniences, and also would like to ask for your understanding that slight deviations cannot always be avoided due to delivery and production conditions and do not represent a defect, therefore we would like to offer a 40%* voucher for your next order with us.

*The voucher is not time-limited and refers to the whole shopping cart (excluding shipment), not only to certain products or formats. Please also note that face masks can only be discounted up to a maximum of 3 pieces per order. The voucher is not valid for photo books and photo calendars and cannot be combined with other vouchers or discount offers.

Your Canvas Covered Her Corona virus Birthday Blues

"Hello Canvas on Demand Team...

My wife was scheduled to have her 40th Birthday Party March 25, 2020... due the corona virus all her 3 day party was canceled and we were forced to hold a virtual party. During the gift giving time, I shared the 5 images I put on canvas. My hope was to do something my wife had been asking for years... put more picture around the house. Little did I know, this gesture would mean so much to her... Her tears of joy and the people on the video call affirmed that in times of physical separation all we truly have is thoughts and memories.

Canvas on Demand took our Memories and Magnified them to the point where they cannot be lost, ignored or overlooked. Thanks for helping my wife overcome the Birthday Blues by reminding us to count our blessings.

"I ordered 5 16x20 canvas’ and they were extremely poorly packaged for shipping, 4 out of 5 came bent up and I can’t use. One of them I paid the extra $ for light editing but the image didn’t appear to be any different than the one I had submitted. "

Horrible

"I submitted an application for an account. I received an email stating that they needed more information. I supplied the information to the email they said to send it to. The customer "service" rep told me to apply for an account. I responded that I already had applied but more information was requested and that is why I was sending the email. The response was that she would resubmit it. I have not heard back from them except for a request to rate my experience with customer "service" because they are a new company and are trying. That was on Saturday and on Monday when I went to respond that the "service" was not great, I received a message that I couldn't leave them feedback on my experience because the ticket had been closed. If they treat me in such a disregarding manner, I can not believe that if my end users have a problem that this company will be of much help and then I will be the one getting bad reviews.

A piece of advice to this company. When a customer reaches out to you, especially if it is a legit problem, you had better do everything to fix the problem because for everyone that does bother to reach out there are 10 that just moved on to another provider.
