"Their customer service is non-existent. I can't comment on the quality of their product because I never made it that far. I tried ordering a photo using their web site and using a coupon I purchased from DailySteals but it wouldn't go through. I couldn't get a response from them even though I left messages via chat (they always seem to be off-line), e-mail, or phone. The $34.98 I paid for the coupon is now worthless."
