"Ordered Ozempic diabetes medicine. Never processed. I call after 2 weeks and they tell me there was a "glitch" in the system and they are now processing. A complete lie. I told them since it was a critical time sensitive medication and it didn't ship, I want to cancel. The robot in customer service repeatedly tells me no guarantee of a cancelation and refund. They didn't even notify me that it wasn't processed. Thieves, liars,cheats!!! This company is y I u can call it one.....needs to be shut down. They process payment through a 3rd party. Beware!!!
