"I was trying to order a refurbished canon 5d mark iii and every time i made an order my order would get cancelled by canon. I must have ordered at least 8 times and every time it was cancelled. Although, every customer service representative i spoke to were really nice, not a single one of them could give me the exact reason as to why this was happening. Each representative would give me a different answer or a possible could be reason. I called in so many times, that i was getting sick of it and every time i had to call american express to ensure they didn't block payments. I don't know what the problem was but canon needs to get more organized, being such a big camera company i don't know how they could have such a crappy online store. The last time called the representative told me he would file a special complaint form and said he was the first one to do this cause i had too many cancelled orders, now i am not sure why none of the previous representatives had thought of it, then he said call back tomorrow and order again and i never bothered calling back because i was so tired of it and probably they would have given me another reason as to why i couldn't order form them. Either ways i thought being the official canon online store their customer service would be really good, which everyone i spoke to were very nice but what is the point in that if can't even order something and have it go through. I am now buying from B&H and paying more but after all that trouble i think its worth it to pay more to have the best service and actually receive the order i put in since B&H would never have this sort of trouble with ordering, even if it was online. "
