I am sorry I didn't find Canoga Camera a year ago when I started collecting lenses for my retirement dive into high end digital. Canoga is the first outfit to do a proper job of packing a very expensive bit of kit. Not Amazon, not Adorama, not B&H has packed high end stuff for the UPS treatment any better than I'd expect for some indestructible ten buck item: thousand plus dollar lenses have nearly all showed up with softened corners on the Canon boxes, not much better than if they'd stuck the shipping label on the product box and thrown it out on the sidewalk for pickup. I appreciate the work Canoga's people did tremendously.
Then there was the girl on the phone allaying my concerns as a new customer, and Chris doing more than I'd expect re locating my shipment when the UPS tracking signals went weird and I needed to be here to sign.

"I have been dealing with Canoga Camera for at least 4 years. They are an excellent company. When you call, they treat you as if you are their only customer. On this order, I added instructions to the comment section requesting that they put my lens and filter in a plastic bag before packing it because we had been getting a lot of rain. I was happy when I opened my box and my order was in a plastic bag. The courier had just sat the box on my porch and it was damp on the bottom by the time I got home. Their prices are within pennies of a couple of the other major Internet camera stores. I have exchanged or returned things a couple of times and had no problems at all.
