"CandleComfort is a SCAM! My order was placed 07/15/2010. My credit card was charged 07/16/2010. Many emails have been sent but still no order received. Phone messages never returned. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company."

I am taking further action because this so unprofessional and stealing. "Order needed by 12/1/08, Received 12/15/08 after 3 missed promise ship dates. Inferior quality and some damaged merchandise. Spoke with "owner" on 3 occasions. Said he would refund partial order since he was so late, never did. Since missed date needed, I bought product elsewhere as I needed for gifts I made for two different parties. Owner said he doesn't go to his shop on a daily basis. I would not recommend, nor would I purchase from this company again. "
