This time I ordered heartworm meds on 1/11/21 and as of today, 3/6/21 it hasn’t arrived and tracking shows that the USPS is “still awaiting package”. When I emailed them numerous times, they bark at me and say there are delays because of covid, but after 2 months give me a break. "Ordered on August 9, 2020 generic Heartgard Plus (Nuheart) for large dogs. Credit card was charged immediately. Was assured shipping would not be delayed because of Covid. As of today September 8, 2020 has not been received and I am out my money and medication for my dog. They refuse a refund and cannot deliver. Scam as far as I am concerned. "When I ordered this,I was happy to have found a place to get it without having to take my sketchy anxious cat to the vet to get it.
After it was paid and shipped, I got nervous. I read terrible reviews and was worried it would be knock off stuff. Also anxious that I would never receive it since I lived in Canada.
I just received it. It came from Germany. It was the legit product and may cat seems perfectly fine.

"Delivery took 5 weeks, I was unaware that product would NOT be shipped from in Canada. The product, K9 Advantix, was totally ineffectual. I have always used this product in the past and it has ALWAYS worked, the only difference is that in the past I ALWAYS purchased it at my veterinarians office."
